Aims, Values & Interests

Colburn CP Primary School is situated in Colburn, on the edge of Catterick Garrison,  which is in North Yorkshire. We have 7 classes and a 56 place Foundation Stage Unit. Children are organised into discrete year group classes, with two classes in Key Stage 1 and five classes in Key Stage 2. We have access to fabulous accommodation including a large hall, library and an ICT Suite.

At Colburn CP Primary School we aim to be an open and friendly school and to provide an environment which enables children to feel safe, happy and to develop an enjoyment of learning.

Our school is:

- A place of excellence where children can achieve their full potential, academically, creatively, personally, physically, morally and spirtually;
- A caring place where children and adults feel they make a contribution and are valued as individuals.
- A place where children learn respect for themselves, others and the communities they live in;
- A partnership between children, parents, staff and governors and our community as a whole.
